Requirements
- 10+ years experience in data engineering and data warehousing
- Hands-on experience building reusable data models (e.g., using dbt, SQL, and modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake)
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- A strong sense of ownership and a passion for making things better through data
