About the role

Senior SAP Migration Expert handling migration projects with innovative technologies for DACH international clients. Responsible for strategic planning and process harmonization in SAP transformations.

Responsibilities

You will help build a high-performance migration factory together with our team and contribute to embedding migration sustainably.
You drive innovation in the migration space: you use AI-assisted approaches, work with evolving templates, and keep an eye on new methods.
You lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects — including planning, control, reporting and coordination with clients.
You advise clients on transformation strategies, process harmonization and target architectures.
You take responsibility for delivering high-quality results in the SAP migration context.
You coordinate collaboration between business units, technical teams and external partners.

University degree.
Proven experience in project or subproject leadership of SAP migration initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA, Brownfield/Greenfield, Selective Data Transition).
Solid knowledge of SAP data structures, business processes and migration tools.
Confident use of project management methods (agile & traditional); ideally knowledge of SAP Activate.
Ability to explain complex SAP migration processes and transformation paths clearly and to manage them with clients.
Excellent German and English skills.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in other SAP areas such as module consulting, testing, training or architecture — or the motivation to develop into these areas.
