Responsibilities
You are primarily responsible for sales for our Business Unit "Strategy, Integration & Protection".
Passion for CIO Advisory with a cyber security portfolio and experience in networking.
Driving core business growth by expanding our presence within the client portfolio.
Leveraging the strong client portfolio and building long-term, partnership-based client relationships.
Identifying leads and opportunities and participating in tender and proposal processes.
Developing innovative sales enablement strategies for consulting offerings.
Raising visibility and reach for these topics and representing them both internally and externally.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment with a focus on digital transformation.
Familiarity with CIO Advisory and cross-industry expertise in key areas such as cyber security, implementation management, and customer experience.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets (>€10M/year).
Established contact network in target industries with access to decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs).
Enjoys expanding the network further — including active involvement in industry associations and publications.
Execution-oriented, energetic, and maintains a sense of humor even in busy times.
Negotiation-level proficiency and audience-appropriate communication in German and English.
Willingness to travel across Germany for client engagement, networking, and consulting projects.
