Responsibilities
We are expanding our Insurance International team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager — Insurance Technology & Transformation (m/f/d), based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, or Romania (location of your choice).
You will work on exciting projects centered on digital transformation, modernization of core insurance systems, and process optimization within the insurance sector.

As a project manager, you will drive initiatives for renewing insurance core systems in the market.
You will support our clients in digitally transforming their core business by introducing new core systems or migrating to an industry platform.
You will define future-proof functional and technical architectures with a focus on core insurance applications.
As a management consultant, you will advise clients on their core platform strategy and be responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.
You will analyze business requirements for core insurance processes and define the solution design based on the target platform.
You will develop the solution design yourself and coordinate subsequent alignment with the relevant business and IT stakeholders.
You will leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Significant professional experience in management consulting or within an insurance company (in-house consulting experience is a plus)
Extensive project management expertise (preferably with agile methodologies) and experience organizing and moderating workshops
Demonstrated leadership mindset and experience
Proven track record in business development and/or sales
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance core processes and solutions
Interest in AI applications and their potential to drive efficiency and innovation in insurance operations
Strong analytical and methodological skills
Willingness to travel within Europe
Business fluent in English
Open mindset and enjoyment of collaborative work
