About the role

• Senior Consultant managing IT transformation projects across various sectors. Overseeing IT strategies, sourcing, and service management to drive clients' strategic transformations.

Responsibilities

• Take on cross-industry leadership and design responsibilities in the context of IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT service management (ITSM).
• Model IT strategies and architectures and design IT business models for clients, including implementation.
• Develop IT sourcing strategies and service portfolios as well as service management processes (e.g., with a focus on cloud).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the network and related sales capabilities.
• Ensure quality to support successful go-to-market efforts when guiding IT organizations through change.

Requirements

• University degree completed successfully, ideally with additional qualifications.
• Relevant professional experience as a consultant or (sub-)project manager and subject-matter expertise in strategic IT management.
• Enthusiasm for analyzing IT business processes and for defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in IT transformation with a focus on IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT service management (ITSM).
• Business-fluent German and English and the required willingness to travel as a consultant.
