Responsibilities
You design, plan and take responsibility for complex IT transformation programs directly with our clients
You use your knowledge and expertise to enable our clients to build their own knowledge management in the area of IT Strategy & CIO/CTO Advisory
You promote the skills development of our Wavestone consultants by sharing your know‑how and mentoring them in project settings
You contribute to Wavestone's business development by identifying business opportunities, participating in PreSales meetings (pitches, qualification sessions, presentations) or contributing to solution proposals
You contribute to development initiatives and help grow both your own and our market visibility, e.g. through publications, topic development and go‑to‑market activities aligned with our service portfolio

Requirements
You have a strong interest in the consulting industry and at least three years of experience in the context of IT transformation, ideally in consulting
Your professional background has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy & Target Operating Model, Cloud, Digital Architecture, IT Organization, IT Sourcing & IT Service Management
Thanks to your curiosity, you are able to quickly understand our clients’ requirements and specific needs
You have strong critical and analytical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal manners and a pronounced sense of service and excellence
You are a true team player with a strong personality capable of bringing together multidisciplinary teams
