About the role
- CTO overseeing technical planning and system selection for Solar Tracker-based AgriPV projects. Involves lifecycle performance management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für Solar-Tracker-Systeme und Unterkonstruktionen im AgriPV-Umfeld
- Planung, Auslegung und Konzeptionierung von Tracker- und UK-Systemen
- Auswahl, Bewertung und technische Freigabe geeigneter PV-Tracker- und Stahlbausysteme
- Definition technischer Standards, Spezifikationen und Systemarchitekturen
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Performance und Lebensdauer über den gesamten Lifecycle
- Verantwortung für Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Lifecycle-Konzepte
- Technische Bewertung von Standort-, Boden- und Systemrisiken
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, EPC- und Construction-Teams
- Aufbau des Bereich und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung relevanter Prozesse und Bereiche
- Technische Schnittstelle zu Banken, Investoren, Herstellern und Gutachtern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Stahlbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Relevante Erfahrung im Utility-Scale-PV-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare tiefe Tracker-Expertise (Systemdesign, Unterkonstruktionen, Mechanik)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Planung, Auslegung und technischer Systemverantwortung
- Erfahrung mit Lifecycle-, Wartungs- und O&M-Fragestellungen
- Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte klar, strukturiert darzustellen
- Erfahrung bei Tracker-Herstellern, EPCs oder Projektentwicklern von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Führung und im Aufbau von Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit
- Hohe Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
