Responsibilities
- Design and build landing pages, user flows, and experiments using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Create high-fidelity mockups and lightweight design systems as needed
- Rapidly prototype ideas (sometimes imperfect, always useful)
- Conduct user interviews, synthesize learnings, and iterate quickly
- Use LLMs daily to accelerate ideation, layout, copy, code, and variant generation
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail and to the product's "feel". Always strive to delight users
Requirements
- Experience in startups or building zero-to-one products
- Excellent command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in digital design (web, product, or interaction)
- Comfortable delivering without perfect specs — and able to write specs when they don't exist
- Experience creating:
- Landing pages
- Interactive prototypes
- Product or marketing experiments
- Excellent design sensibility: layout, spacing, typography, and UX
- Comfortable speaking with users and turning conversations into product insights
- Proficient with modern tools (Figma, Webflow, Framer, or equivalents)
- Heavy, intentional user of LLMs
- Fluent English required for daily communication with international colleagues and clients.
