Requirements
- University degree (or equivalent), additional qualifications a plus
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within an agile environment
- Strong agile mindset
- Confident manner when dealing with client management
- Experience in organizational transformations
- High implementation focus and self-motivation
- Business-fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel as a consultant
- Experience in preparing client proposals, account management, and business development is an advantage
- Certifications such as systemic coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe or Scrum@Scale are a plus
