About the role

  • Consultant Agile Organisation with focus on agile transformation in an international consulting firm. Coaching teams and management for scalable agile frameworks in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build an agile mindset among clients and their management
  • Actively support the transition to an agile organization
  • Develop agile methods to redesign working and thinking practices
  • Identify development opportunities and career paths
  • Establish tailored, scaled project organizations
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers or comparable roles
  • Identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent), additional qualifications a plus
  • Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within an agile environment
  • Strong agile mindset
  • Confident manner when dealing with client management
  • Experience in organizational transformations
  • High implementation focus and self-motivation
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel as a consultant
  • Experience in preparing client proposals, account management, and business development is an advantage
  • Certifications such as systemic coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe or Scrum@Scale are a plus
