About the role

• Agile Coach driving agile transformation with a focus on organizational development. Engaging in exciting projects and training teams within an international consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Expansion of the Organization & Agile Transformation team
• Coaching teams and management in agile values
• Developing individualized agile transformation roadmaps
• Establishing continuous learning and an open culture of learning from mistakes
• Coaching key players and leadership roles in agile ways of working
• Creating development opportunities within the new agile organization

Requirements

• A completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications
• 1–4 years of professional and project experience in consulting as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or in a comparable role within an agile environment
• A deeply internalized agile mindset
• Initial experience in transforming a traditional organization to a (scaled) agile organization
• Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams (as a coach, guide, or navigator)
• Business-fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel as a consultant
