Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
- 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
- Strong technical acumen in architecture, cloud, security, data modeling, and system integration
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, JIRA/Confluence, and managing throughput across teams
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international and multi-market contexts
- Analytical, organized, and data-driven mindset with a focus on execution and impact.
