About the role

  • Lead IT programs at Rockwell Automation, delivering end-to-end solutions and capabilities for operational excellence. Ensure alignment with business objectives while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-visibility programs across IT portfolio.
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery under Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments.
  • Deliver Demand to Renew program vision, providing new capabilities for Customer Care and Remote Support teams.
  • Communicate and translate strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams.
  • Act as primary contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide project updates and facilitate project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
