Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of the unit to which you will be primarily assigned
  • Manage, motivate and rally the team
  • Organize daily work and workflows
  • Establish structured reporting based on relevant performance indicators
  • Implement QHSE and HACCP standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service or production environments
  • Hands-on, proximity-based management style that promotes employee engagement
  • Ability to analyze and manage operational figures and metrics
  • Structured and formalized reporting practices
