About the role
- Factory Readiness Manager for Project Venice ensuring operational readiness in sauce manufacturing at a Worksop factory. Leading coordination across workstreams for minimal disruption during transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a detailed factory readiness plan aligned with Project Venice milestones
- Coordinate readiness activities across all workstreams, covering processes, equipment, systems, and workforce readiness
- Ensure operational changes are fully tested, validated, and documented before implementation
- Liaise with production, maintenance, quality, H&S, and logistics teams for alignment
- Support delivery of training programmes and ensure workforce competency
- Provide regular updates to the Change Manager and Project Director on readiness status, risks, and issues
- Facilitate readiness workshops, reviews, and go/no-go assessments
Requirements
- Experience in operational readiness, project implementation, or production management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and functions to deliver readiness objectives
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous
