About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support to the cabin crew operations team, ensuring data integrity, automation of reporting processes, and timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Maintain reliable databases to support operational decisions and avoid planning errors.
- Provide consistent and timely performance insights with reduced manual workload.
- Identify trends and support proactive crew management and resource allocation.
- Ensure quick resolution of issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Keep key stakeholders informed with updated and accurate performance data.
- Ensure accurate data flow and timely updates in operational databases.
- Facilitate communication and problem resolution between the company and the AIMS provider.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence or related field.
- Experience in data analysis, aviation operations or logistics, industrial environments.
- Minimum English B2 - Spanish C1
- Experience with Excel-based data reporting and automation.
- Basic knowledge of data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Intermediate SQL or database querying skills.
