About the role

  • Crew Data Analyst supporting cabin crew operations with data integrity and reporting automation. Ensuring operational efficiency and timely communication with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and analytical support to the cabin crew operations team, ensuring data integrity, automation of reporting processes, and timely resolution of system-related issues.
  • Maintain reliable databases to support operational decisions and avoid planning errors.
  • Provide consistent and timely performance insights with reduced manual workload.
  • Identify trends and support proactive crew management and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quick resolution of issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed with updated and accurate performance data.
  • Ensure accurate data flow and timely updates in operational databases.
  • Facilitate communication and problem resolution between the company and the AIMS provider.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, aviation operations or logistics, industrial environments.
  • Minimum English B2 - Spanish C1
  • Experience with Excel-based data reporting and automation.
  • Basic knowledge of data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Intermediate SQL or database querying skills.
