Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with member practices
- Increase awareness around company initiatives and services
- Perform pro-active practice visits to foster relationships with members
- Serve as a voice for members, bringing back field information to better serve them
- Liaise with members and answer questions and concerns efficiently and professionally
- Provide initial practice needs assessment and support plan to assist practices
- Offer one-on-one consultations with practice owners and managers as requested
- Develop and facilitate workshops for member practices in live and virtual formats
- Attend conferences and assist in staffing booths and providing live support
- Prepare and submit regular KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Maintain up to date records of field visits and practice consults
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Excellent written/oral communication skills (English & French)
- 5 years of direct experience in the veterinary industry
- Familiar with veterinary concepts, practices and procedures
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Excellent problem solving and decision making
- Effective organization/time management
- The ability to be flexible with hours and regular travel
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining professional networks and connections
- Knowledge of Practice Information Management Software’s (PIMS) an asset
