About the role

  • Plan Manager managing all aspects of TPA sponsored plans at Voya Financial. Fostering client relationships and contributing to profitability in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of specific TPA sponsored plans
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
  • Contribute to increased profitability
  • Serve as a single point of contact
  • Provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with sales, record keeping and operations staff
  • Identify and assist with plan retention opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years financial services industry experience
  • Customer Services experience/skills
  • OMNI experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
