Responsibilities
As an Application Manager, you act as the interface between the business and IT — the central point of contact
You coordinate the development and further enhancement of business applications
You gather requirements from business partners and translate them into technical requirements
You align testing and the rollout of new features with all stakeholders
You lead application-related projects as required
You assist with user support
You plan and deliver end-user training
You support license management and the evaluation of new IT applications
Requirements
Completed education or further training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (HF/FH)
Several years of professional experience in Application Management
Good technical knowledge, e.g., SQL and databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) is an advantage
You are already familiar with standard applications such as Abacus, Business Central, ServiceNow, or similar
Ideally, you also have experience with business processes (e.g., finance, ERP, logistics, etc.)
Very good German language skills (C1) are required. Any additional language is a plus!
