Responsibilities
- Strategic advisory work in labor and employment law
- Drafting legal opinions, technical notes, and legal analyses
- Reviewing and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, regulations, and collective bargaining instruments
- Preventive advisory on labor and union law matters
- Legal support for collective bargaining negotiations
- Advising clients on labor risk mitigation and compliance
- Conducting labor audits and due diligence
- Direct client interface and participation in strategic meetings
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent)
- Active bar registration (OAB)
- Strong organizational skills and deadline management
- Business-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Consultative approach with a solution-oriented focus
- Preferable: experience in labor/employment advisory practice
- Knowledge of the ADVWIN+ system is a plus
