About the role
- Mobile Telephony Billing Analyst managing billing processes at Orizon. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer billing experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor billing processes including rating, invoicing, and service modifications
- Collaborate with project managers, IT, finance, vendors and customer experience teams to align billing processes
- Analyze, test, and validate new products
- Identify and troubleshoot billing discrepancies, escalating and resolving issues
- Generate reports and provide insights related to expected billing performance, revenue forecasting, and customer usage patterns
- Contribute to system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and configuration of billing modules
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in billing operations, ideally within the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of mobile telephony billing systems and processes, including mediation, rating, and invoicing
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data management software

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams
- Experience with new service launches or project rollouts is highly desirable
