Responsibilities
- Administrative support: Preparation of meetings and minute-taking.
- Communications management: Creation and editing of presentations, reports and correspondence in German and English.
- Project coordination: Support for projects in risk management and IT, including monitoring milestones and deadlines.
- Digital tools & AI: Use of AI-supported applications to increase efficiency (e.g., document creation, data analysis, meeting transcripts) and support in implementing new digital processes and automation solutions.
- Information preparation: Analyzing and compiling data for board materials and decision-making support.
- Interface function: Coordination between internal departments (Risk, IT, Compliance) and external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business education (vocational business school (HAK), University of Applied Sciences (FH), or university)
- Experience as an assistant at top-management level, ideally in the banking sector
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams)
- Basic understanding of risk management and IT processes is an advantage
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation solutions, data analysis tools)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor, as well as discretion and trustworthiness
