About the role
- Founding Product Manager for voize, building the US Senior Care product from scratch. Navigating US healthcare complexity while driving product success in a zero-to-one capacity.
Responsibilities
- Build our US Senior Care product from the ground up in a true zero-to-one capacity
- Navigate the messy complexity of US healthcare
- Craft hypotheses, validate with real users
- Define sharp requirements, honest metrics
- Identify the handful of features that turn skeptics into believers
- Run scrappy MVP pilots
- Drive EHR integrations
- Partner with GTM on pricing and positioning
Requirements
- Several years in Product Management shipping SaaS or AI products
- Proven zero-to-one product experience
- Strong product intuition
- Analytical mindset & data-driven
- User centricity
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Language: Fluent English (C1/C2), German a plus
- Willingness to spend significant time on-site with US customers; approx. every 4-6 weeks
- Healthcare or US market experience is great to have, but not a must-have
