About the role

  • Buyer coordinating procurement processes in hybrid work model at Prianto GmbH, a leading software distributor in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute procurement processes across the value chain in the areas of order entry, order processing and shipping
  • Record and process customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system, tools and web portals
  • Negotiate purchasing terms and research sourcing options
  • Track delivery dates and handle complaints
  • Work closely with the sales units

Requirements

  • Professional experience, ideally in purchasing, order entry or logistics within the IT industry
  • Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and business/financial interrelations
  • Technical aptitude and interest in IT topics
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — in both German and English
  • Resilience, flexibility and solution orientation under time pressure
  • Team player with enjoyment of collaboration and an open, respectful manner
