About the role
- Senior Tax Analyst ensuring compliance in indirect tax management at CBA. Involved in strategic tax planning and supporting internal clients with fiscal consulting.
Responsibilities
- Senior Tax professional with solid experience in Tax Compliance;
- Strategic role in managing indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS and withheld taxes), ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of tax processes;
- Involvement in the implementation of the Tax Reform, including adapting processes, technical interpretation of legislation, and structuring routines to support a secure and efficient transition;
- Providing tax consultancy to internal clients;
- Preparing reports and KPIs;
- Application of tax positions, including calculation and preparation of supporting documentation packages;
- Participation in tax initiatives focused on value capture;
- Support for tax inspections and audits;
- Risk mapping and acting to correct processes;
- Management of cadastral/registration update processes in the SAP system;
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation and performing the necessary system parameterizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or Business Administration;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Microsoft Office);
- Experience with SAP;
- Specialization in Tax Management (preferred).
