About the role
- Senior Analyst in Airport Infrastructure overseeing operational viability and project execution aligned with corporate governance standards. Focused on new bases and routes development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for opening new bases and for infrastructure follow-up, defining and maintaining methods, rituals, schedules, risk management, budget and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor the progress of activities, identify critical factors and escalate issues for decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate the go-live of new operations, providing executive reporting, checklists and compliance dossiers.
- Oversee operational and commercial feasibility studies.
- Define operational base requirements with business areas (layout, passenger flows, suppliers) and actively participate in base opening governance.
- Address critical issues to support international markets and monitor post-opening performance.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with airport operators/administrators (e.g., AENA, GIG) and local authorities regarding infrastructure requirements (dedicated gates, hybrid boarding/deplaning), technology (e.g., biometrics, Wi-Fi) and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with ANAC, AVSEC, SGSO, team accreditation and submission of PSESCA according to contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Aviation, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in airport projects, base operations and/or international expansion.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Spanish is desirable.
- Organized, autonomous, strong interpersonal skills and effective priority management.
- Availability to travel.
- Proficiency with ANAC/AVSEC/SGSO rules and procedures applicable to airport operations.
