About the role
- Hybrid BCBA role at Centria Autism overseeing ABA therapy services in both remote and in-person settings. Requires BCBA certification and approximately 3 days per week of in-person supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 3 days per week in-person supervision
- Experience overseeing ABA therapy services
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Skills in engaging parents in their child's therapy with training
