About the role

  • Analyst for Operations Engineering implementing BI solutions to optimize data analysis and decision-making at GOL. Collaborating on dashboards and performance systems in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to optimize data analysis and support decision-making;
  • Develop interactive dashboards and predictive models to monitor and continuously improve operational processes;
  • Analyze large volumes of data (Big Data), extracting relevant insights to optimize operations;
  • Monitor contracted data allowances for applicable systems, ensuring agreed conditions are met;
  • Adjust aircraft performance systems, taking into account maintenance items necessary for safe and efficient operation;
  • Register configurations in administrator profiles of GOL systems (in-house development), ensuring system integrity and security;
  • Manage the distribution of cruise performance software;
  • Assess the operational feasibility of aerodromes, with emphasis on pavement strength to ensure operational safety;
  • Update aeronautical information in the company’s performance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Analyze issued NOTAMs that may impact company operations, such as changes to obstacles, declared distances, routes, and others;
  • Collect, store and organize relevant data to build performance indicators, providing information for decision-making and continuous improvement;
  • Assist in recording projects and technical tasks within Operations Engineering, ensuring documentation of operational processes with a focus on efficiency and safety;
  • Know and comply with the Environmental Policy (PO-MKT-ENV-001), including the aspects, impacts, risks, obligations and environmental controls of your activities, following the guidelines of the MSGA – Environmental Management System Manual (PR-MKT-ENV-001) and related documents;
  • Identify and report operational hazards through the AQD system, contributing to operational safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in the area;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret complex data using specialized software;
  • Intermediate English;
