About the role

  • Professional with experience in Air Network Planning for GOL, developing and optimizing flight schedules and airport slot management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and adjust the short- and medium-term air network, with a focus on tactical planning and scheduling
  • Create efficient flight schedules, balancing demand, capacity, operational constraints, fleet and crew
  • Manage and optimize the use of airport slots, ensuring maximum utilization and compliance with local and international rules
  • Directly handle the processes of requesting, maintaining, modifying and defending slots with coordinated airports
  • Conduct technical interactions and negotiations with airport concessionaires, slot coordinators, suppliers and operational partners
  • Act as the department’s focal point with ANAC and other authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, network approvals and fulfillment of legal requirements
  • Assess operational, commercial and financial impacts of network changes, proposing solutions that maximize profitability and efficiency
  • Monitor network performance (regularity/on-time performance, slot utilization, connectivity, fleet productivity) and propose continuous adjustments
  • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Operations, CCO, Maintenance, Crew and Finance to ensure feasibility and strategic alignment
  • Prepare studies, reports and executive presentations with data-driven recommendations
  • Ensure timely delivery of commitments with autonomy, strong organization and a high degree of self-management

Requirements

  • More than 6 months’ tenure at GOL
  • No disciplinary measures in the last 6 months
  • No internal transfers or promotions in the last 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Aviation, Aeronautical Sciences or Economics (mandatory)
  • Experience in air network planning (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with planning tools, advanced Excel and scheduling systems (e.g., Sabre, Navitaire, Jeppesen, Score, or similar)
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of airport slot management and coordination at Level 2 and Level 3 airports
  • Experience with regulatory and approval processes involving ANAC and other authorities
  • Strong understanding of operational constraints (airports, fleet, crew, maintenance)
  • Highly developed analytical and logical reasoning skills, with a strong results orientation
  • Excellent organization, time management and autonomy in project execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across multiple areas
