About the role

  • Senior / Midweight Designer managing architectural projects and mentoring staff in a collaborative studio environment. Delivering high-quality designs following industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects
  • Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to realize design intent
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Mentor junior design staff and provide guidance on best practices
  • Conduct research on materials, sustainability, and design trends
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate design ideas
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and design standards
  • Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA-accredited preferred)
  • 3–8 years of professional architectural experience
  • Proven experience leading design projects
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of building regulations and sustainable design practices (if RIBA-trained)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
