Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects
- Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to realize design intent
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Mentor junior design staff and provide guidance on best practices
- Conduct research on materials, sustainability, and design trends
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate design ideas
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and design standards
- Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA-accredited preferred)
- 3–8 years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience leading design projects
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools
- Knowledge of building regulations and sustainable design practices (if RIBA-trained)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
