About the role
- Designer / Grafiker Print & Web at Leffers GmbH, a major fashion house in Germany, focusing on corporate design. Collaborating with the graphic team to develop ideas and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- You are primarily responsible not only for maintaining our corporate design but also for actively developing it further.
- You will work closely with our existing design team, contribute fresh ideas and inspire others with your creative expertise.
- Ensure consistency of our corporate design across all print and online channels
- Conceptualize, implement and evolve our visual identity
- Translate concepts into compelling visual stories
- Design print media (e.g. magazines, advertisements, flyers, POS materials)
- Design and adapt content for online formats and digital channels
- Create and develop materials for employer branding, e.g. career pages, job ads, recruiting campaigns and internal communication formats
- Build, maintain and apply templates, asset structures and grid templates for print and online formats
- Assist with in-house photoshoots
- Visually process and refine image assets
- Transfer and prepare shoot results for high-quality print and online magazines
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in graphic design, communication design, media design or a related field
- Excellent eye for design, typography, color and imagery — for both print and web
- Experience working with corporate design guidelines
- Creative, conceptual thinker with a strong solution focus
- Team-player mentality: you share knowledge, inspire others and are open to inspiration
- Openness to new technologies, in particular creative AI and collaborative tools
