Requirements
Experienced in HR transformation or large-scale change programmes within a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and priorities.
Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse cultures.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to bridge global and local perspectives.
Proficient in managing workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and change impact assessments.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organisation.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
