About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute change management strategies aligned with transformation programmes.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness checks.
  • Deliver interventions including communications, training, and coaching.
  • Maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder maps and communication plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to support adoption.
  • Track and report on change adoption metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to coordinate and escalate risks or resistance.
  • Support local market teams in executing change plans and gathering feedback.

Requirements

  • Experienced in change management within transformation programmes.
  • Skilled in agile and waterfall delivery models.
  • Strong communicator with coaching and facilitation expertise.
  • Able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) is essential.
  • Agile or Project Management certifications are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
