Support local market teams in executing change plans and gathering feedback.
Requirements
Experienced in change management within transformation programmes.
Skilled in agile and waterfall delivery models.
Strong communicator with coaching and facilitation expertise.
Able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) is essential.
Agile or Project Management certifications are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
