Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the VodafoneThree Delivery Framework, including methodology, lifecycle and controls that meet the needs of both agile and traditional delivery models.
- Define and govern project & programme management best practices, processes & templates.
- Manage and govern capital drawdown aligned with working capital / cash flow objectives in partnership with Finance.
- Drive adoption, consistency and quality through capability uplift programmes and enterprise delivery governance.
- Oversee enterprise-wide delivery assurance reviews to validate compliance, quality and value alignment.
- Act as the authority for resolving methodology disputes and ensuring all functions operate to the agreed standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise delivery governance and framework design across both Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong governance authority with a track record of embedding enterprise-wide delivery standards.
- Capability-building expertise with measurable improvements in delivery maturity.
- Advanced process optimisation skills and experience in large-scale change environments.
- Strong ability to resolve cross-functional delivery disputes and maintain enterprise alignment.
- Expert knowledge of delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, PMI).
- Experience in predictive analytics and application of AI in delivery performance tracking.
