About the role
- Responsible for managing internal communications and optimizing digital channels for employee engagement at iA Financial Group. Collaborates with various teams to ensure effective information flow.
Responsibilities
- Design, adapt and optimize intranet pages and portals for managers and employees.
- Manage editing rights, SharePoint groups and associated permissions.
- Configure or adjust SharePoint components (web parts, lists, metadata).
- Serve as the editor for key digital channels.
- Produce, maintain and enhance the editorial calendar for internal channels, including the intranet and workplace displays.
- Integrate, publish and highlight news, events and appointments.
- Ensure consistency between digital and physical campaigns (posters, screens, internal spaces).
- Perform content QA prior to publication.
- Act as project lead when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, UX, Information Design or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of SharePoint, M365 (including Copilot), and analytics tools.
- Strong interest in innovation, employee experience, data and artificial intelligence.
- Excellent skills in simplifying complex information and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor.
- Curiosity, political awareness, good judgment, analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with anglophone clients and partners across Canada via email and calls.
