About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop the team in delivering complex, cross‑functional Programs and Projects that contribute significantly to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective governance, consistent delivery excellence, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining high standards in scope management, cost control, risk mitigation, timelines, and service quality.
- Drive successful delivery of all customer projects, ensuring on‑time execution, quality outputs, and achievement of contractual obligations.
- Monitor and manage the team’s KPIs (On‑Time Delivery, Revenue contribution, NPS), ensuring performance improvement actions where needed.
- Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure customer needs and business objectives are consistently met.
- Establish strong stakeholder alignment (internal & external), proactively resolving delivery issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven people‑leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team effectively (prior experience in team leadership is considered a strong plus).
- Strong expertise in project delivery governance, risk management, customer engagement, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive operational improvements in project execution.
- Solid understanding of the technical/service environment enabling effective support to the team and strong handling of customer delivery challenges
