Responsibilities
Shape the future of financial wellbeing – close to strategy, execution and leadership impact
Coordination and follow-up of cross-functional projects and key initiatives
Support in strategy implementation, governance and internal communication
Preparation of pitch decks, decision papers and management presentations
Analysis of markets, data and regulatory trends
Further development of processes, reporting tools and workflows
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, finance or a related field
Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech or business/corporate development
Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
Independent, reliable and team-oriented – you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian are a plus
