Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech, or business/corporate development
- Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented — you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
- Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus
