Responsibilities
Shape the future of financial wellbeing — closely involved in strategy, execution and leadership impact
As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work closely with our management team — at the interface of strategy, projects, and operational implementation
You ensure that good ideas become real results and directly contribute to vlot's development through your analyses, projects, and communication skills
Coordinate and track cross-functional projects and key initiatives
Support strategy implementation, governance, and internal communication
Prepare pitch decks, decision papers, and management presentations
Analyze markets, data, and regulatory trends
Improve processes, reporting tools, and workflows
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
Initial relevant professional experience (min. 2–3 years), ideally in consulting, FinTech, or business/corporate development
Experience or interest in the insurance sector is an advantage
Structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented — you enjoy working closely with the leadership team
Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus
