Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data governance strategy across CSI and CES to ensure a single, trusted source of truth
- Oversee data quality, validation, reconciliation, and consistency across analytics platforms and reporting tools
- Manage and develop Product Advisor and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, scalable client insights
- Establish analytics methodologies, workflow standards, and quality controls for all CSI and CES deliverables
- Own CES analytical operations, including sourcing analytics, equipment planning insights, utilization metrics, and executive reporting
- Direct development and maintenance of financial models, segmentation analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Partner with product, enablement, and BI teams to prioritize data requirements, enhancements, and reporting architecture
- Oversee use of analytics and operational tools to support workflow efficiency and delivery consistency
- Identify automation, AI, and advanced analytics opportunities to improve data operations and scalability
- Present insights, trends, and performance outcomes to executive-level internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience related to medical capital equipment and/or similar related medical capital products required
- Proven experience leading data, analytics, or large-scale data operations teams
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and analytical modeling
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional data ecosystems and stakeholder relationships
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience supporting healthcare analytics, supply chain, capital equipment, or SaaS platforms preferred
- Willingness to travel.
