Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases across engineering and corporate functions, aligning initiatives with measurable business value
Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through pilot and scalable deployment, ensuring clear ownership and delivery milestones
Define and evolve the GenAI platform and infrastructure roadmap to support secure, scalable, and cost-efficient adoption
Partner with IT, Cyber Security, and Engineering teams to ensure secure and compliant implementation.
Evaluate external tools, lead the adoption lifecycle from POC to enterprise rollout, and drive data-driven build-or-buy decisions
Track adoption, business impact, KPIs, and ROI across the GenAI portfolio, adjusting priorities as needed
Lead the GenAI internal community, strengthen internal knowledge sharing , and AI standards responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in technology leadership or AI/ML architecture.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization
Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem, including platforms, tooling, and governance considerations
Proven ability to translate strategic vision into structured, measurable execution plans
Experience evaluating vendors and managing technology investments and partnerships
Solid familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise security best practices
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at executive level
Analytical and structured thinker with a strong sense of ownership and execution mindset
