About the role

Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of the CRC program in collaboration with project partners.
- Overseeing the hiring, training, and management of a team of 20 FTEs, including psychiatric prescribers, nurses, and clinicians.
- Managing a multi-million-dollar budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training protocols to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies to train officers on program criteria and drop-off procedures.
- Fostering partnerships with system providers to ensure seamless client flow.
- Representing the program to stakeholders and the community, promoting objectives and achievements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling with clinical licensure, independent licensure preferred. (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S)
- Management experience in a mental health/substance abuse environment, including program development and leadership within multi-system projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of psychiatric risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and determining appropriate levels of care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
