Responsibilities
Gerenciar uma equipe de aproximadamente 20 analistas de Service Desk.
Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e indicadores de performance.
Implementar e monitorar processos ITIL (obrigatório).
Atuar na gestão de escalas e acompanhamento de turnos.
Apoiar na resolução de incidentes críticos e escalonamentos.
Desenvolver e aplicar planos de treinamento para a equipe.
Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e propor melhorias contínuas.
Interagir com áreas internas e fornecedores para garantir a qualidade do serviço.
Requirements
Superior Completo - Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Redes de Computadores
Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes de Service Desk.
Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de tomada de decisão.
Conhecimento sólido em ITIL (certificação obrigatória).
Habilidade para lidar com operações 24x7.
Conhecimento sólido em ITIL (certificação obrigatória).
Conhecimento em COBIT (diferencial).
