About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage customer service activities
  • Administratively coordinate the execution of processes related to installation, faults, and provisioning
  • Comply with requirements to maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
  • Participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs
  • Provide guidance to personnel working in the field
  • Assist with problem analysis and resolution
  • Provide technical support for data equipment for diagnostics
  • Ensure the technical performance and proper functioning of machines, equipment, systems, and components

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite)
  • Knowledge of networks and general Windows and Linux operating systems
