About the role

  • Creators, Social & PR Manager shaping market strategies for an esports organization. Focused on community building and brand integration across new game titles within esports culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market communication strategies for new game titles.
  • Build community and creator ecosystems around new teams.
  • Plan and manage launch communications (roster announcements, reveal campaigns, brand integrations).
  • Position the organization within new game communities.
  • Work closely with publishers, agencies, and partners on title launches/market entries.
  • Monitor community sentiment and the competitive landscape in target titles.
  • Build scalable communication frameworks for future expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment communications
  • Experience with multi-title strategies or entering new ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of different game communities (FPS ≠ MOBA ≠ FGC)
  • Experience with creator campaigns and PR positioning within competitive environments
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, social analytics, and community monitoring
