About the role

• SRE Analyst at Vivo resolving critical incidents and managing infrastructure issues. Involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure visibility into system performance and proactively detect issues; • Lead incident response, conducting post-incident (postmortem) analyses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; • Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and reducing human error; • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks; • Work together with ERT analysts to continuously improve system reliability and efficiency; • Identify and resolve performance and availability issues in production systems; • Manage Oracle WebLogic (deployment, configuration and administration); • Availability for on-call duty schedules during weekends when required;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; • Proactive attitude and ability to solve complex problems; • Oracle relational data modeling and SQL; • Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and ITSM: ServiceNow; • Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Elastic and Grafana is a plus; • Knowledge of microservices platforms: Red Hat OpenShift, AKS (Azure); • Previous experience in agile transformation scenarios and SRE practices;
