About the role
- Senior Logistics Planning Analyst ensuring product supply for Vivo's Consumer Electronics. Collaborate across teams for strategic supply chain management and inventory efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of inventory levels | product life cycle | turnover | obsolescence;
- Planning purchase plans (replenishment of Distribution Centers) and distribution (replenishment of Sales Channels) of products;
- Daily monitoring of receipts (deliveries) | inventory levels, demand and product availability;
- Ensure the VIVO UP (CPFR - Collaborative Planning tool) is kept up to date; responsible for interfacing with suppliers to control and manage supply plans and deliveries to Distribution Centers;
- Ensure the maintenance and operation of SO99 (automated demand and replenishment management tool);
- Track and manage internal customer orders. Create, analyze and propose improvements to specific performance indicators;
- Contribute to the planning, organization and control of defined methods for capturing results.
Requirements
- Retail experience
- Strong aptitude for planning
- Analytical and synthetic thinking
- Comfortable with numbers, mathematical calculations and statistics
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SAP
- Power BI is a plus
