About the role

  • Data Analyst tasked with analyzing trends and developing predictive models for strategic decisions at Vivo. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms using Machine Learning and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, etc.) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Transform complex data into accessible and understandable information through data visualizations.
  • Present insights and analyses to stakeholders, proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and data analysis tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and developing predictive models.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience handling large volumes of data (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Postgraduate degree in data-related fields (preferred).
  • Knowledge of advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Vivo B2B products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with TBS, Vantive, STAR, VivoCorp, Siebel, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts (preferred).
