About the role

Technical Specialist for SAP BTP at Telefônica Brasil focusing on SAP system integrations and compliance. Participate in project phases and support architectural artifact development.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical specialist in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), focusing on:
Integrations between SAP EC, ECP, HCM, GT, VIBE and legacy systems.
Orchestration of integrations via SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Support the development of architectural artifacts.
Ensure compliance with Telefónica’s security requirements, enterprise architecture and integration standards.
Participate in the Prepare, Explore, Realize and Deploy phases, with a technical focus on integrations and infrastructure.
Support integrated testing, user acceptance and technical cutover.
Act as a knowledge multiplier for SAP BTP.

Bachelor's degree — preferred
Postgraduate degree — plus
Proven experience in SAP BTP projects, serving as the primary responsible for building technical integration artifacts, especially using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP HCM, SAP EC.
SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite certifications.
Ability to operate in complex, multi-company environments.
Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive in identifying technical risks and proposing solutions.
Additional advantages:
Previous experience in SAP HCM → ECP migration projects.
Participation in projects applying Artificial Intelligence to payroll processes.
Knowledge of hybrid architecture (cloud + on-premises).
