About the role

• SAP PP Inhouse Consultant in Hungary supporting SAP functionalities and customizing solutions. Engaging in training and rollout projects while collaborating with external consultants and managing helpdesk communications.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive support for the entire SAP area, ensuring that all functionalities are aligned with business requirements and optimized for efficiency.
• Performing necessary adjustments within the needed SAP modules through effective customization techniques, allowing for tailored solutions that meet specific organizational needs.
• Developing both functional and technical concepts in English, which will serve as critical guidelines for the development and implementation of innovative SAP solutions, facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Engaging in the design and implementation of processes and functions within rollout projects, while also managing the associated customizing tasks to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new functionalities.
• Conducting training courses aimed at enhancing user proficiency and understanding of the SAP system, while also supporting integration and regression testing to validate the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
• Establishing strong lines of communication with external consultants and managing the helpdesk, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and that expert guidance is readily available when needed.
• Taking on various sub-projects and maintaining an open channel of communication with key users to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
• Coordinating with audit companies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, while also providing the necessary data and documentation to facilitate thorough audits and assessments.

Requirements

• You possess professional experience in the SAP MM or EWM or PP environment, having worked as a consultant where you effectively leveraged your skills to deliver value-added solutions.
• You have successfully completed a degree or undertaken comparable training, ideally complemented by hands-on experience within the SAP SAP MM or EWM or PP module, which has equipped you with a solid foundation of knowledge in financial processes.
• You may have familiarity with SAP ABAP programming, particularly in debugging and reading existing programs, which enhances your ability to support technical aspects related to the modules.
• You may also bring experience in the conversion from traditional ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA, showcasing your adaptability and insight into modernized enterprise solutions.
• You enjoy occasional travel and possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• You have an outstanding ability to grasp complex interrelationships within financial processes, complemented by a strong analytical mindset that allows you to dissect problems and develop insightful solutions.
• Furthermore, your character is characterized by a proactive initiative, a strong sense of team spirit, and boundless creativity, making you a valuable asset in collaborative project environments.
