Responsibilities
Support and strengthen the outpatient palliative care team
Daily duties within the scope of health and nursing care
Participation in on-call/standby duties
Interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups
Identification with the hospice philosophy and active participation in further training and supervision
Requirements
Completed training as a nurse (registered nurse), geriatric nurse, nursing specialist or equivalent (m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience
Initial experience in a hospice or palliative care team desirable
Willingness to participate in on-call/standby duties
Ability to cooperate effectively with all professional groups
Good computer skills (MS Office, nursing-related software)
Willingness to undertake further training
Identification with the hospice philosophy and participation in supervision
Interdisciplinary thinking and acting in line with hospice culture
Identification with the facility as a diaconal (church-affiliated) institution and a Christian-oriented approach to interacting with colleagues and patients/guests
Valid driving licence (Class B)
