About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and strengthen the palliative care team
- Participate in on-call duties
- Collaborate with all professional groups involved in care
- Ensure quality of nursing care in accordance with the hospice philosophy
Requirements
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience
- Initial experience in a hospice or palliative care team desirable
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties
- Ability to cooperate with all professional groups
- Good PC skills (MS Office suite, nursing-relevant software)
- Willingness to undertake further training
- Identification with the hospice philosophy and participation in supervision
- Interdisciplinary thinking and acting in line with hospice culture
- Identification with the facility as a diaconal institution; interaction with staff and patients/guests shaped by a Christian understanding of humanity
- Driving licence class B
